WHAT IS RECRUITMENT?
Recruitment is the process whereby our current members get to meet you and you get to meet us. During this time you'll learn about our philanthropy, core values, and the opportunies that we have to offer.

WHICH RECRUITMENT EVENTS ARE MANDATORY?
You must attend Tours, Invitationals, and Preference in order to fully complete the Formal Recruitment process. This allows us to get to know each other as best as we possibly can and for you to determine if Alpha Delta Pi feels like home. We also highly encourage you to attend Bid Day, which will be your first opportunity to meet and celebrate with all of your new sisters. 

IF I GO THROUGH RECRUITMENT, DO I HAVE TO JOIN?
While we hope that you do, it is not mandatory to join us or any other sorority. More than anything, we hope that you have fun, meet some amazing women, and take it as a learning experience.

IS RECRUITMENT ONLY FOR FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS?
No! We have lots to offer for students of all ages and classes.

I MISSED FORMAL RECRUITMENT - CAN I STILL JOIN?
If you missed Formal Recruitment, we may be recruiting later in the year. However, this is only done on an as-needed basis, so we strongly encourage you to attend Formal Recruitment.
