The Alpha Delta Pi Lions are some of the most fierce competitors in the sports arena. We have competitive teams for girls who have experience and want to compete, but we also have fun teams for those looking to try something new and to have a great time. We participate in almost every campus-wide event and pride ourselves in having fun and good sportsmanship.

In addition, we are involved in many different intramural teams in various divisions, including co-rec. These sports include soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, and dodgeball. Some of the other sports events that we compete in include Day of the Longboat, Storm the Wall, Water Wars, and Gladiator. No matter if we are competing or just having fun, we are always having a blast with our sisters.
